Quarterly, we will feature a LOCAL FEMALE ARTIST and launch a collection of unique designs that will be available on our balloons for a limited time only! These designs will be available exclusively at Paper & Parties Boutique. We couldn’t be more excited to showcase some of the exceptional talent that Vancouver has to offer.
