Halloween Baby Shower Theme Ideas

Last fall I had the opportunity to throw a special baby shower for one of my coworkers. Her precious baby boy was due around Halloween so we threw a “A Little Boo is Almost Due” baby shower. I will go into the details of planning that party in this post, but here are a few other Halloween baby shower ideas to get your creative juices flowing:

  1. Pumpkin Patch Party: Celebrate the arrival of your little pumpkin with a pumpkin-themed baby shower. Decorate the venue with pumpkins of all sizes, create a pumpkin patch photo booth, and serve pumpkin-flavored treats. We have tons of cute pumpkin paper plates and napkins here.
  2. Witchy Wonderland: Embrace the magic of Halloween by hosting a witch-themed baby shower. Decorate with witch hats, broomsticks, and cauldrons. Serve "witches' brew" cocktails and cast a spell of fun on your guests.
  3. Little Monsters Mash: Create a playful and adorable baby shower theme by focusing on cute little monsters. Use colorful decorations and serve monster-themed snacks like "monster eyeball" cake pops and "monster fingers" hot dogs. At our party supply store we even have eyeball cake candles

Decorating for a Little Boo is Almost Due baby shower

Cute halloween baby shower ideas can be difficult to find! There are tons of Halloween themed decorations but sometimes they can be too spooky to fit the vibe of a baby shower. When throwing a spooky cute party, you’ll have to think outside of the box and incorporate pastel colors and cute decorations perfect for a little boo is almost due baby shower!

Halloween Balloon Garland

The spooky - cute balloon garland was the feature of this Halloween baby shower. The pastel purple & mint complimented our little boo baby shower decorations perfectly! This balloon garland was styled and made by our friends at Little Rose Party Company. We added some sticky wall bat decorations to the balloon garland.

Halloween Table Decorations

We set the table with one of our amazing eco-friendly paper table cloths, and our favorite checkered table runner. This table runner is a hot party item here at our small party shop, Pretty Day. We’ve featured it in many parties! Check it out here. I grabbed our favorite purple checkered paper plates, and these cute striped mint napkins. We have so many amazing Halloween party supplies that are perfect for throwing a little boo is almost due baby shower.

  1. Little boo is almost due cookies: we had these adorable ghost halloween cookies made for our little boo is almost due baby shower!
  2. Halloween baby shower cupcakes: these cupcakes were just basic store bought cupcakes, but we added these unique little boo cupcake toppers & tiny ghost cupcake toppers!
  3. Halloween Cake: This little boo cake topper makes any cake perfect for halloween.
